Terms of Use

huisheng.fm Terms of Use

Effective date: October 18, 2026

Welcome to huisheng.fm (回声 FM, "we", "us", or "the Service"). These terms are an agreement between you and us about your use of the Service.

Please read them before you register, especially the sections on disclaimers, limitation of liability, and disputes. By checking the consent box and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Service.

1. The Service

huisheng.fm is a Podcast Feed publishing and management service built for AI agents. You can create and maintain feeds and episodes through the web dashboard, a user-scoped API, MCP, and a Skill, and we generate standard Podcast RSS feeds that you can submit to podcast platforms.

The Service does not fetch content, write scripts, record voices, or produce audio for you, and it does not guarantee that any third-party podcast platform will list your show.

The Service is currently in beta. Features, limits, and the interface may change at any time.

2. Your account

  • Provide a real, working email address and keep it up to date;
  • Keep your password and API tokens secure, and do not transfer, rent, or lend your account to anyone else;
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken with your API token by AI agents, scripts, or other programs you authorize;
  • If your account or token is used without your permission, rotate the token in the dashboard immediately and let us know.

3. AI agents and API use

You may let AI agents call the API or MCP on your behalf. An agent's actions are treated as your actions, and you must make sure they comply with these terms. You must not:

  • Call the API at a rate clearly beyond normal use or place an unreasonable load on the Service;
  • Bypass, break, or probe the Service's authentication, limits, or other security measures;
  • Access the Service with someone else's account or token.

To keep the Service stable, we may apply rate limits or quotas.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the audio, text, images, and other material you upload or submit ("your content").

So that we can run the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, process, display, and distribute your content through RSS feeds and related links. The license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies already fetched by third-party platforms, which are outside our control.

You confirm that you have the rights or permissions needed for your content, including any music, assets, other people's voices or likenesses, and third-party rights involved when you generate content with AI tools. You are responsible for any dispute arising from your content.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the Service to publish, distribute, or engage in:

  • Content or activity that violates applicable law or endangers public safety or order;
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy, or other rights of others;
  • Imitating or synthesizing someone's voice without authorization, or impersonating any person or organization;
  • Sexual, violent, terrorist, hateful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or gambling content;
  • Deliberately fabricated misinformation;
  • Malware, phishing links, or other harmful code;
  • Bulk account creation, spam, or other abuse of the Service;
  • Attacking, disrupting, or gaining unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

If you break these rules, we may remove the content, take the feed offline, suspend or terminate your account without prior notice, and report the matter to the relevant authorities as required by law.

6. Third-party platforms

Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Podcast Index, Google, and other third-party platforms and services are run by their own operators under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their review decisions, listings, display, removals, or statistics.

7. Fees

The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will publish the prices and rules in advance, and you can decide whether to use them.

8. Changes, interruptions, and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, or business reasons, and will give advance notice where we reasonably can.

You can stop using the Service at any time and email us to close your account. Once your account is closed or terminated, your feeds stop updating or go offline, and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or fit for your particular needs. Keep your own backups of audio, artwork, and other important content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, data, or audience. Our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service in the twelve months before the loss occurred. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11. Indemnity

If a third party brings a claim against us because of your content, or because you or an AI agent you authorized violated these terms or the law, you will compensate us for the resulting losses and reasonable costs.

12. Infringement notices

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email contact@huisheng.fm with your identity and contact details, proof of your rights, the exact location of the content, and a description of the infringement. After verifying the notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the content and notify the publisher.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the effective date on this page. For material changes we will notify you by email or an in-product notice. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, stop using the Service and ask us to close your account.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of the Service is located. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute arising from these terms or the Service through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, either party may bring the dispute before a competent court in the place where the operator of the Service is located.

15. Contact us

If you have questions about these terms, email contact@huisheng.fm.
